Nikki Duda

Nikki Duda is a Recruitment Director at Host Healthcare. In her role, she is responsible for leading our team of dedicated recruiters.

Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Nikki attended Virginia Tech. While at Virginia Tech, Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Hospitality and Tourism as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations.

Nikki started her career in the student and guided world travel industry before transitioning to corporate travel. She then switched over to travel nursing and hasn’t looked back since. Her current position as Recruitment Director has her leading and supporting a team of recruiters. She helps guide our recruiters as they work to provide dedicated and personalized support to our Travelers.
