Host Healthcare recruiters are an integral part of our sales team and essential in delivering top talent to our clients. Recruiters are responsible for finding registered nurses and therapy professionals for contract assignments at healthcare facilities nationwide.

Traveler Contracts Specialist

As a contracts specialist you will be working with the Operations team and Recruitment team within our company to create and provide all traveler contracts for the healthcare professionals we staff across the country.

The Licensing Specialist assists travelers to attain licensure and help them throughout the application process

Credentialing Specialist I

Credentialing Specialist I is an entry-level position within our Company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare professionals meet certain quality guidelines.

Reporting to Host Healthcare’s Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees

Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist focuses on business development engagement for multiple regions. Client Services Specialist manages selected territories and concentrates on adding direct staffing agreements with new clients. Target clients include Acute Care Hospitals, Long Term Acute Care Facilities, Behavioral/Mental Health Facilities, Home Health, and other identified prospects.

Account Manager

As part of the Host Healthcare Client Sales team, the Account Manager collaborates with the recruitment and operations teams to drive successful placements of clinicians on assignment across multiple healthcare specialties and clients

Account Coordinator

In the Account Coordinator role, you will assist the Account Manager to fill open clinical positions under contingent labor contracts. The Account Coordinator acts as a liaison between the internal Recruitment Team and the Account Managers who will handle external communications with Host’s Client Partners.
