How to Submit Your Timecard

Submitting your timecard is easy through the Host Healthcare website or mobile app! To ensure you’re paid accurately and on time, please submit your timecard before the weekly deadline.

Submitting Your Timecard on Our App

Our mobile app makes it easy to submit your timecard each week from the palm of your hand.

Step 1

Log In

Log in to your account via the Host Healthcare mobile app and select “Timecards”.

Step 2

Add Shift

Select “Add Shift” to begin adding your worked shifts for the listed week.
Step 3

Enter Your Shift Details

Select the day you worked and the shift type. Enter all days and hours worked for the week.

Be sure to press “Save” after each entry!

Step 4

Add Reimbursements

If there is anything you need to be reimbursed for, select “Add Reimbursement”.

Please Note: The reimbursement must be listed in your employee contract to be eligible for payment.

Step 5

Enter Reimbursement Details

Select the category of your reimbursement and enter the total amount.

Then, provide our team with a description of your reimbursement and upload a receipt.

Please Note: Reimbursements are paid out once a timecard is submitted.

Step 6

Enter Notes

Enter any notes for our payroll team. If you completed pre-employment modules, check the box and add your hours.

Then, upload an image of your timecard according to your facility’s timekeeping instructions.

Step 7

Submit!

Press “Submit” to complete your timecard submission!

You will receive a notification that you have submitted your timecard. Click “Ok” to return to the mobile app homepage.

Submitting Your Timecard On Our Website

If you prefer to use a computer, you can also submit time cards through our website.

Step 1

Log In

Log in to your web portal on www.HostHealthcare.com and select “Timecards”.

Add Shift

Select “Add Shift” to begin adding your worked shifts for the listed week.

Step 3

Enter Your Shift Details

Select the day you worked and the shift type. Enter all days and hours worked for the week.

Be sure to press save after each entry!

Step 4

Add Reimbursements

If there is anything you need to be reimbursed for, select “Add Reimbursement”.

Please Note: The reimbursement must be listed in your employee contract to be eligible for payment.

Enter Reimbursement Details

Select the category of your reimbursement and enter the total amount.

Then, provide our team with a description of your reimbursement and upload a receipt.

Enter Notes & Pre-Employment Modules

Enter any notes for our payroll team. If you completed pre-employment modules, check the box and add your hours.

Then, upload an image of your timecard according to your facility’s timekeeping instructions.

Step 7

Submit!

Press submit to complete your timecard submission!

You will receive a notification that you have submitted your timecard. Click “Ok” to return to the mobile app homepage.

Timecard FAQs

If you are unable to upload your timecard on the website or mobile app, please email a copy of your timecard to payrollsupport@hosthealthcare.com and include your recruiter.

For standard Sunday – Saturday work weeks, timecards must be submitted before Monday at 12:00 pm PST. For non-standard work weeks, timecards must be submitted before Wednesday at 2:00 pm PST.

If you need to make an edit to your timecard after submitting, please adjust your timecard and resubmit through the mobile app or web portal. Once your timecard status shows “reviewed” you will not be able to make edits and will need to reach out to your recruiter to make adjustments.
If you have a non-standard work week, sick time, or were called off, please note this information for our team. If you are working in the State of California, please note if you missed a lunch period or a break. You can leave a message for our team in the “Notes to Payroll Associate” box in the Host Healthcare mobile app or web portal.

To submit for reimbursements while on assignment, please email or text a picture of the expense receipts to your recruiter. Your reimbursements will be included in your next paycheck. Please note, all travel reimbursements must be listed on your assignment contract to be approved. For non-travel, assignment-related expenses, you are allotted $250 per 13+ week assignment.

If your facility’s timekeeping instructions specify a manager’s signature on your timecard, then it is necessary for timecard submission and approval. If it is not specified, we still encourage you to obtain a manager’s signature on your timecard before submission. Please ensure to check and follow all timekeeping instructions for your specific facility.
Yes! We are committed to putting your needs first and will pay you for orientation hours. Please record these hours on your timecard before submitting to our payroll department and we will include the pay in your next paycheck.
