SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, May 17, 2019 – This year, Host Healthcare, an award-winning and innovative leader in healthcare staffing, is pleased to announce that it has been honored as one of the best places to work across the nation by both Modern Healthcare and Inc. Magazine.
Modern Healthcare and Inc. Magazine selected honorees based on employees’ responses to surveys, which assessed their opinions on trust, management effectiveness, benefits and perks, and confidence in the future. Employers were ranked using a composite score of survey results. The strongest engagement scores came from companies leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.
“Words cannot describe how proud I am to be part of this amazing team,” says Host Healthcare Founder and CEO Adam Francis. “What makes Host Healthcare a best place to work is the amazing team members we have. The atmosphere here is like a large loving family. Our culture is defined by being transparent, honest, and humble. By working together, we are able to be the best not because it’s expected, but because it’s who we are.”
Inc., the only major brand dedicated exclusively to owners and managers of growing private companies, collected data on nearly 2,000 submissions and singled out 346 finalists. Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide.
Specific rankings for Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare will be announced live at the awards gala on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Renaissance Dallas. Inc. Magazine will be releasing their June issue on May 16 with a list of all the honorees.
