SAN DIEGO, Nov. 13, 2018 — For the sixth year, The San Diego Union Tribune released San Diego’s Top Workplaces based solely on employee survey feedback. About 1,530 employers in the region participated. Host Healthcare was named a 2018 top workplace by the San Diego Union Tribune. Host Healthcare has now once again earned recognition as a top workplace in San Diego.

This marks the second consecutive year Host Healthcare has been recognized as a top place to work. Last year, Host Healthcare was listed as one of the best places to work by the San Diego Business Journal.

What has been the #1 reason why Host Healthcare continues to earn praise as a top place to work? “It’s the company culture,” says Host Healthcare Founder and CEO Adam Francis. “As a team, we work together to ensure every employee enjoys what they do and sees how their work contributes to the success of the company. We also make sure to never forget the hard work of each and every employee. We recently created a recognition wall where employees can leave anonymous shout outs to their team members.”

In the competitive industry of healthcare staffing, what separates Host Healthcare from the rest? “We are grounded by our core values and our promise to help everyone we encounter “To Live Better. The Host Healthcare Difference is a commitment that no matter the situation, we will do all we can to make sure the traveler and facility have the best experience possible,” states Francis.
